As a fourth generation carpenter, Les Thomas takes pride in every home built under his name – and that includes over 400 homes throughout his career. While Les specializes in affordable, quality, single-family residential home construction, his experience has included the construction of high-end, luxury homes in excess of $3,000,000.

A perfectionist by nature, Les Thomas strives to build quality homes at an affordable price. And, having never missed a closing date, Les takes great pride in meeting his client’s needs by getting the job done right and on time.
As a fourth-generation carpenter, Les grew up in Oakland, CA and got his start at the age of 18. After completed a 4-year apprenticeship program and building homes in California, Les moved to Helena, Montana in 1989 to work for his uncle. He then worked as a subcontractor to WIM Corporation for 11 years before starting his company in 1991. In 2012, Les moved to Butte, Montana and has since built over 30+ single family homes in Butte. Drawing his inspiration from his grandfather, Les has strong faith and believes in treating his clients like he would want to be treated. “My end goal is to have my clients totally happy with my product, and I will bend over backwards to help my clients to meet their expectations.” Another mentor is Mike Hughes, President of WIM Corporation of Helena, who has worked closely with Les over the past 15 years.
Les Thomas has made Montana his home. In contrast to his native Oakland, CA, Les enjoys the laid back atmosphere of Montana, its great outdoors, and its people. A collector of antiques as well as a regular at antique shows, Les believes in community and believes in giving back through his philanthropy to various local charities.

Working with standard home plans and loyal, established subcontractors, Les Thomas is completely involved in each project as the general contractor. Throughout the new home construction process, Les informs his clients daily of the build schedule to avoid problems and to address decisions as they arise.
