Ranch-style homes first made their appearance in America in the early part of the 20th century. They feature a long, low, ground-hugging profile and are mostly single-story in character, although we offer several Ranchers with full basements. Ranch homes offer attached garages, open and uncluttered floor plans and uncomplicated exteriors. Those last two design features will allow you to personalize your ranch home to a great extent.
We offer a number of different floor plans to meet your specific needs. Our floor plans range in size from our One-Level Extended Rancher at 1,654 sq ft to our Spacious Rancher at 3,600 sq ft.
